Aftercare
All our installations are covered by a 12 months parts and labour warranty.
We provide comprehensive servicing packages tailored to both the site environment and requirements.
We aim to attend repairs the next day or sooner. We charge for a callout which covers the 1st hour inclusive of travelling and then an hourly labour rate plus parts as required.
Servicing
All automated systems need servicing, to maintain the performance, safety and reliability of the system, and to extend the life expectancy.
Signing up to the agreement gives you peace of mind that;
Your system has been regularly serviced thus maximising long term reliability.
The electrical and mechanical safety mechanisms have been regularly tested.
The emergency release system will operate properly if you have a power failure.
You only have to make one phone call should your system need attention.
Your service call will take priority over non-scheme customers.

Checking gate alignment and hinges.

Force testing of gates based on latest EU requirements.

All electronic components and motors are electrically tested to ensure optimum performance and preempt any costly failures.
